For over 17 years, I was a Realtor, helping buyers and sellers fulfill their dreams of homeownership, so I know the process. I performed my job with my clients best interest in mind and with the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
Prior to becoming a realtor, I evaluated the performance of HVAC systems and worked for a general contractor involved in all aspects of residential building including electrical work.
I will perform my inspections with the same level of integrity and professionalism that people have come to expect from me. You can be confident that you will receive the best, most thorough job possible, from someone you can trust.
The Home Buyer
A home is one of the largest purchases you will ever make, so it's important to understand the condition of your investment. I will provide a non-invasive examination of the homes accessible structure, systems, and components. While a home inspection is not a prediction of future conditions and cannot reveal every concern that exists (or even could exist), it will significantly reduce your anxiety by arming you with the knowledge you need to make an informed home-buying decision.

Are you selling your home? Let me inspect it before you list it. A pre-sale inspection informs you of any defects or problems with your home so that you can address them before prospective buyers discover them. You can then take the time you need to obtain reasonable repair estimates. Avoid 11th hour negotiations and delays, and justify your full asking price by having your home pre-inspected now.

Although it's not required, you're always welcome to attend your inspection so that I can describe my process, explain my findings, pointing out important maintenance items, and answer all of your questions.

Communication is very important to me. Following my evaluation, I will compile my findings in an easy-to-read report, which will include detailed descriptions and high-resolution digital photos of any issues I've discovered. I will then personally call you to discuss my findings and I'll email you the report. All reports are done the same day and my job isn't finished until you understand everything in it.
